Everything was sparkling new , the frigerator was stocked with breakfast foods for the all the days of our stay. Everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was provided. The house provided to be snug and warm in the coldest weather. I'm sure a summer visit would be all the more magnificent, with the beautiful views on the veranda. As a group of five two adults and three children we were amazingly comfortable with the three bedrooms provided. The Wi-Fi and the TV where are useful distraction for the children. In all a sense of privacy and security prevailed the independent unit within its own land.

Vasa is the ideal starting point for lovers of the Cypriot mountain landscape. 4 restaurants in the village, and the best of them 200m away from the Cottage, are of course great for gourmets and gourmands. A huge lot with parking, a huge terrace, and a breathtaking view from the breakfast table, as I've never had before, invites to use the house especially outdoors. If you love and need real silence, sun and nature, you are just right. Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, the newly at ground level built cottage has supported our evening comfort. We slept very well and there is no reason to be dissatisfied. Very cosy, comfortable, very clean and well organized cottage. Perfect spot for a mid-size family. The owners were very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

As promised we enjoyed a spectacular view when we had breakfast on the terrace. Within 3 min walking, we found Ariadne's Tavern where we enjoyed traditional food. Although Erigone Cottage is located in the mountains, we could easily go to the beach within 30 min by car. Its beautiful location, the availability of a grill, Wifi, and A/C. Everything was neatly arranged and very clean. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. A dishwasher is not availabe but we did not miss it. Communication with the host before and after booking was easy. Clio is a very friendly and cooperative person. Check-in & check-out were perfectly arranged.

The house is just as pictured - a lovely old stone house with lots of character. It is split into two parts which both open on the same courtyard, but don’t connect to each other internally. The courtyard has a nice view across the valley and is bathed in sunshine in the mornings. Agios Therapon is a very quiet village, about 20 minutes drive from Omodos and 30 minutes from Platres.

The pictures on the listing give a very accurate impression. The house is perched on the top of a hill to the north of the village with really stunning sea views. The centre of the village is a 10-15 min walk down the hill, and there is a lovely little traditional Taverna and a church whose bells you can hear clearly from the house. In general the location is great for exploring the most interesting sites of the island.. we spent a day in the mountains, a day by the beach and lots of exploring ancient ruins which were fascinating.

We have really enjoyed our vacation in Anafotia staying at a wonderful house surrounded by peaceful and picturesque landscapes. We should thank our host who was always very caring and attentive to our questions and bids. The veranda is very cozy, especially at and after sunset. You can wonder at the stars and enjoy a romantic dinner. The rooms are clean and tidy, and kitchen is very well-equipped.
